Economics and EU Grants
The Department of Economics and Grants serves as the strategic center for financial intelligence, funding acquisition and economic sustainability within the organization. With a focus on both public and private sector needs, the department provides expert guidance in economic analysis, project financing, and investment planning, ensuring alignment with national and EU policy frameworks.
Leveraging deep knowledge of regional development, green economy, and innovation ecosystems, the department identifies and mobilizes a wide range of funding instruments, including EU structural funds, Horizon Europe, LIFE, Interreg, Erasmus+, and national schemes such as De Minimis aid, RRF (Recovery and Resilience Facility), and Just Transition Funds. It supports clients through the entire grant lifecycle—from opportunity scanning and feasibility analysis to proposal development, financial modelling, and compliance reporting. Additionally, conducts cost-benefit analyses, impact assessments, and economic forecasting, informing strategic decision-making for both internal projects and external partners. The department enhances the viability, scalability and long-term sustainability of funded initiatives.
In doing so, it empowers organizations to transform ideas into investable solutions that contribute to inclusive growth, innovation, and sustainable development across regions and sectors.
